Well, some adult sea turtles can live to be over 140 years old. If they get to their maximum size there aren't many things that can kill them and the things that can usually won't because of the trouble of the shell when a simpler and easier meal is just a quick swim away. The average life time for a sea turtle is only 20 years however, this is because the majority of sea turtles get devoured on the beach by gulls or foxes. The majority of the turtles that make it into the water are easy prey for medium size fish too.
