Where can you find an Electirizer in Pearl?

The way to get an Electrizer on POKeMON Pearl version is plug in a FireRed version in the GBA slot and go to Valley Windworks, in the grass their should be a few Elekids, catch them until one of them is holding an Electrizer. Then what you need to do is choose an Elekid to train, it will evolve at level 30 into an Electabuzz. Make your Electabuzz hold the Electrizer and trade it, then you will have Electavire, one of the best electric types in POKeMON history! In POKeMON Pearl there is a 50% chance of an Elekid holding an Electizer and in POKeMON Diomond there is a 5% chance of an Elekid holding one.
