Can rats eat slugs

Worms are not part of a gerbil's natural diet. In the wild they primarily eat vegetation like roots. Occasionally they may eat a spider but I don't recommend this as Spiders bite and can give your gerbil an infection. The best thing to feed your gerbil is a small animal mix from a pet store.
