What is the difference between a iPhone and a pear phone?

Actually, I think pear phone and iphone is almost the same, but what i think is that the pear company is copying the Apple company. I mean seriously, look at the symbol of the 2 companies. We all know that the Apple company is more popular than the pear company, it's because the pear company is seriously FOLLOWING AND COPYING the Apple company, EVEN THE SYMBOL!
