Is a mammoth bigger than a t-rex?

Height by height, no. Weight by weight, yes. Woolly mammoths stand up to be 16 ft tall from ground to head, while t-rex stand up to be 20 ft tall straight. Woolly mammoths, however, weigh more than t-rexes by about 3 tons.
