Ikki tousen houtou shigen look like?

She also goes by the name Sokatsu Shiyoku. She is sometimes confused with Bashoku Youjou because the two share the exact same hairstyle other than the fact Houtou wears a hair clip in her bangs. She has a pair of Ryofu-like pigtails held up with ribbons. She's Seito so she'd technically wear the sailor fuku worn by Kannu, Ryuubi, and Chouhi but since she was undercover as a Kyosho student she appears to be wearing a longsleeve sweater over a button-down, and pleated skirt. She has the ankle-length folded socks like Hakufu.

As for colours, in the OVA she appears to have purple-ish eyes and pale pink hair with light yellow bows and a white clip. Not too sure about the colours of her clothes.
