What does the II stanza of Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam mean?

this stanza means that he is talling his loved one to fill the cup of something so that all his regrtets meaning all his mistakes cleared away and all his future fears meaning the mistakes he is scared of making in the future are also cleared.when his beloved says that the cup can be filled tomorrow he is shocked.he says that he may be himselfexcept that he will have yesterday's seven thousand years with him.
