I accidentally ate a rubber band from my braces. is eating rubber bad for you if so then how is it bad?

I bet you won't be surprised when I tell you that eating rubberbands isn not good. However, the guys who designed your braces have taken this possibility into account, and the rubberbands you buy for braces are hypoallergenic and generally benign, even if they aren't tasty :} Don't worry about it. You'll be fine and this too shall pass (pun very much intended :} ).
