Is it possible to change the background color of a Microsoft Wordworks document?

By default the background color of pages is white.

Word 2010 and Word 2007

1. Go to Page Layout Tab (4th from left in the ribbon menu). In the Page Background group, find and click option 'Page Color'

2. From the drop down menu pick your color. If you cannot see in the palette, click 'more colors'.

You can also apply textures, gradients, pictures to background of documents.
