Remodel Positions refer to teams that will assist in the conversion to include pFresh(dairy, frozen food, produce, and meat department) to existing grocery sections or expansion to full grocery for locations that lack both.

This is because Target has only recently in the last 5 years or so made headway into truly providing a one-stop for groceries, in the past offering either no or mostly dry goods while perishables had to be purchased elsewhere.
