Why does the oracle of delphi say know thyself?

To know thyself is to know that in truth you are spirit.

On a quantum level you see all matter is really reduce to light. Light can operate outside of time and space. Light breaks the time space barrier. Yet we are in our foundation actually light.

To know thyself is the highest wisdom one can attain in this plane of existence.
