What would cause the front passenger side of a 2000 Monte Carlo to leak water on the floor when the AC or defroster is on?

There is a tube that runs from the AC module out through a hole at the bottom of the firewall and dumps all that water outside the car. That tube is either blocked, kinked or missing. Look underneath the car roughly where the passenger puts their feet and you SHOULD see a rubber tube that is crimped at the end.
