Why do people commit the crime of Animal Cruelty?

Because They feel bad about their Life so they ruin someone/ somthing elses. The People that do are sick-minded and should all be punished.

They Also do it because they may not be able to look after the animal, so they want it too run away or die or somthing. It is a truly dreadfull thing!
