A wolf, like other canines, cannot use their claws to kill.

A wolf uses their claws to grip, grab, or keep a hold of fur or their prey.

Although a wolf's claw can leave a mark (Though not a deep one) it is not enough, no matter how much force, to puncture the skin of another wolf or a human being.
