Can a 13 year old and a 11 year old french kiss?

sense i am 12 i know about this subject some. when i was 11 i wasn't a player so to speak, but i went out with more girls than most guys my age. i did french kiss more than one girl for more than one second. in fact most boys at my school had their first french kiss at 11 to. i think it is perfectly normal to french kiss at the age 11.
