One food that has low calories is raw celery, (6 calories), now, as many of you might have thought, no amount of chewing will burn calories, believe me, I tried it and now science proves it is a waste of time, however because of something in it, while digesting, it burns about 10 calories, it is also a good food because it fills you up, that way you don't resort to things like chips and chocolate. Just remember, putting things like peanut butter and cream cheese on it will change the amount of calories.
Lettuce, cucumbers, cabbage, berries and other low calorie fruit and vegetables.
Also, try peeling celery, it makes it a lot softer and still tastes good.
