Where do you locate the turn signal flasher unit on a 2004 Saturn vue?

I have a 2005 Vue and mine is located in the passenger footwell toward the front and up. It is a real pain in the butt to get out as it has a little clip that keeps it in place, be careful that you do not break the clip.
