On a 'Larry King Live Show' several years ago, according to internet web transcripts, transcribed before 2002, they did enjoy dinner together.

A caller called in to the show to ask Pat himself, if he "ever had an affair with Vanna?"

Pat said: "Vanna White?"

King replied: "Vanna Slocum."

King said to Pat that, Mary Tyler Moore, herself admitted that, she had a crush on Dick Van Dyke.

Pat said: "I had a crush on Mary Tyler Moore."

So there you have it. Just because you admire some one does not mean, you take it a step further.
