Where can you get a dinosaur king card holder?

I am pretty sure you have to order them from Europe. Been looking in the US for years now, hoping my son would outgrow the desire, but he still wants one. The shipping is more than the toy. The toy does not have the greatest review. These fossils are colossal- a colossal waste of money.
