How do i know if I'm a good singer?

The way to tell if you are a good singer:

• can you hit the notes right on key without "sliding" up or down to find the right one?
• can you follow the music beat and not get off key?
• can you sing both loudly and softly without getting off key?
• can you put emotion into your songs?
• can you harmonize with other people without drowning them out?
• do you listen to the others in the choir or band and work with them?

I think if there are a lot of people coming up to you and saying stuff like 'Wow, you are amazing!' But if they just say oh yeah you did good you probably aren't that good! But the meanest thing is someone who doesn't be truthful and lets you think you're good. Because if you're not cut out for music you are great at something else, I'm sure of that!

Well, if you try out for a T.V. show that has the contestants sing, and you win, that's how you know.
