What are the misses that were agreed as part of your target with your supervisor?

The misses agreed upon with my supervisor include improving my time management to meet project deadlines more consistently, enhancing my communication skills during team meetings, and increasing my engagement in collaborative tasks. Additionally, we identified the need for more proactive problem-solving when facing challenges. These areas of focus will help me grow professionally and contribute more effectively to the team.
