What is the most un-rarest animal in the whole world?

If insects are considered to be animals, it must be one of them. There are thousands of insects of various types per square acre of land.

But, then again, land comprises only 30 percent of the earth. Perhaps if plankton were to be considered a type of animal, perhaps whatever THEY eat would have to be the most prolific animal in the whole world as we know it today.

Although, scientists are just now beginning to understand the mechanisms surrounding the allegation that there are animals (living creatures) that move FASTER than light -these creatures are referred to as "tachyons".

Somehow, somewhere, someone is still counting.
