How much agent commission in mediclaim?

The agent's commission depends upon the age of members in the policy. For the persons upto 35 years of age it is 15% ; 36 to 55 10% ; 56 onwards only5%. The commission will be calculated only for the base premium , not for service tax and higher education cess etc...
