What do you do if you sent an email from your iPod Touch but it could not be displayed due to a formatting error?

THIS IS NOT AN ANSWER, IT IS PART OF THE QUESTION.

I did this, and cannot rewrite the email. I sent it to myself, also, and the exact message was, "this message cannot be displayed because of the way it is formatted. Ask the sender to send it again using a different format or email program." However, I can't find the original email so that I can reformat it. Help me D:!
