A bonus pay given for risky work might be called, in slang, "hazard pay". Higher hourly wages might be given for underground rescue jobs, some hazardous construction jobs, or jobs where physical danger and risks are deemed to be higher than regular tasks. I believe that even the military gives a higher pay rate for some service personnel.
