Yes, if you go underground you can dig upp a skull fossil. Its a little hard to get but if you dig a lot you can find it. To get it to your bag press X in underground and go inn on treasures and go inn on skull fossil. There you press "put in bag" and then its in your bagThen, go to the museum in oreburgh city talk to the right behind the desk. Then go out off the museum and go in. Then talk to him again and you will get a cranidos if you have a empty slot in your party.
