How do you open the Xbox 360 console?

Start off with taking off the faceplate.

Take off the top and bottom of the case (grey hard drive holder and grey on bottom)

On the back there are 5 holes, you have to put a screwdriver in each of them. There should be a click when you unlock each hinge.

For the front, you have to take off the 3 hooks holding the case on.

Once that's done, you will need t10 and t8 screwdrivers. Take all of the screws off. That should take care of everything else. Now you should have the motherboard separated with all of the casing.
