The main classification types are: woodwind (saxaphone, Clarinet, flute, etc.), brass (Trombone, tuba, Trumpet, etc.), strings (plucked, [guitar, harp, etc.] non plucked [cello, violin, viola, etc.]), percussion (drum kit, woodblock, triangle, etc.), and keyboard (piano, electric keyboard, organ, etc.)
