Most tigers are endangered.
Why would you want such a thing.
Possession of such may result in a large fine, loss of the animal & even time in jail.

i was offered by a friend an antique Siberian Tiger Rug with head. Mind you this tiger rug has been around since the thirties and in a box. I do not hunt nor approve of killing anything that is not eaten or endangered. I would use it thought being that it is a very old piece and I would never encourage any present day poaching. My question was simple. What is the estimated value of such an item. I am certain that all the people that imported ivory in the thirties are not going to dispose of their ivory because of the way things are today. I happen to be a practical animal lover, thus I do not approve of killing to attempt to improve my self worth. If you have any pertinent information in regards to the handling of a piece like this or any estimated value I would appreciate the information. It is ten foot long with head and claws. It has been in someones box in an attic for years.
