Who was the school of Athens painted by?

In the painting by Raphael the two central figures are Plato and Aristotle. The painting is a collective portrait of all of the Greek Philosophers, some modeled after contemporaries of Raphael, such as Leonardo da vinci (the Plato figure) and Michelangelo.
