How do you fulfill Johnny in my sims kingdom?

After completing Dean, (which you can search on here) talk to Johnny (after unlocking head to head snowball fight) and he'll tell you No one's ever beaten him except for Dean, but because you beat Dean he'll give you a try. When you win the game, He'll be fulfilled good and proper.
