Where do you get ben's badge on harvest moon tree of tranquilty?

after you finish yellow harvest sprites rainbow (Colin)

on the other island past collin's rainbow.go towards the beach and it will turn black. you will find the badge then you HAVE to take it back to Ben. i didn't do it and i never cross the rainbow when i wanted to until i figured it out lol.
