Carbohydrates fuel your body just like other foods but is not as healthy, carbohydrates are digested by being broken down by Enzymes in the stomach and intestines, when the food is broken down to finer sizes the walls of the intestines absorb the food, but when that fuel is not worked off in time, the carbohydrates go to outer layers of the body where small bags all over the outer layer of your body are inflated making a fat appearance. When your muscles work with no food in the body, it starts using the fat by sucking clean the bags. A normal person can live a month on no food but that in the fat. But if you do this too much it may shut down your muscles or your body.
