What engine can you use to replace 1.3 in a 88 suzuki samurai?

You can replace with a 1.6 from a Tracker or even a 4.3 liter Vortec V6. For diesel, 1.8 to 2.0 liter older VW engines can be swapped as well. Most of these need some adaption that is readily available.
