Probably absolutely nothing.
The only time that you would want to shower after a workout is if you perspired alot
and you wanted to get rid of either the potential for smells, or the buildup of bacteria
contained in sweat. It's probably worse to shower immediately and then NOT dry off, that's why they sell all the itch creams.....people get wet and do not dry enough.
If you are shy or otherwise don't want to, then don't. Did that help?
