Gove Saulsbury (born May 29, 1815 in Kent County, Delaware; died July 31, 1881 in Dover, Delaware) succeeded William Cannon as the forty-first Governor of Delaware, serving between March 1, 1865 and January 17, 1871, including the whole of 1870.
