How do you record what your doing on your computer screen with out downloading anything?

If you're Mac user you can do it with Quicktime. You can simply find a guide in internet. But it's possible only for latest Mac OS and latest Quicktime.

As for me I'm uisng prog MacVide ScreenCap - it records video and audio from your Mac.
