Is the earth the biggest planet in the universe?

The furthest planet from Earth in the Solar System that we know of is Neptune.

The furthest planet from Earth, period, is a moving target. If I were to name one, probably sometime next week another exoplanet would be discovered that was even further away, so it really doesn't make a lot of sense to even attempt to answer that.
