Can a cat live a week without water?

A week, probably. I would not purposely leave your cat without water though. If a cat is not drinking, it is probably displaying signs of a more serious issue like an infection which a vet can help with. If your cat becomes dehydrated you will need to take it to your vet for fluids because dehydration in cats is life threatening if not treated.
