Why English standards are dropping?

People in Singapore are influenced by other people who talk bad English and International Countries will not understand what we are talking about as the whole sentence is improper and is just a direct translation from Mandarin, for example: 没带来 in Mandarin it means 'I did not bring it', it becomes 'Never Bring Come' in bad English.
