Where can i get a cheap gps cell phone tracker?

There are free cell phone trackers available. However, some programming may be required. Alternatively, there are very inexpensive apps available that will provide this service. Note that most are geared towards finding your phone if it is lost or stolen, not secretly tracking someone else.
