According to the ingredients list on the back of the 40 flavor package, yes. Caffeine is listed as the last ingredient.

I suspect the caffeine is put into the Doctor Pepper flavor. Coffee is listed as another ingredient, probably for the cappuccino flavor.

I suspect caffeine is contained in the flavors for the items that usually contain caffeine, but I'd be surprised if other flavors contained caffeine.
