The CCRM is underneath the air cleaner, driver's side front of the car, bolted to a rubber pad there and connected by a screw-on 20-wire connector. It's very easy to remove and replace. If it's the common "A/C won't work" issue, the CCRM is repairable by replacing the bad relay within it with a Radio Shack part 275-0005 5-pin relay. The pin pattern is exactly the same, and if you're careful to not damage the PC board you'll have your repair done for $4.86 as I did. You'll need to drill out four rivets to get to the board, but you can either re-rivet it closed or use nuts & bolts to close it up. The whole project took me about an hour.
