Can you buy an ipod touch for one dollar?

I don't think so. The cheapest they sell 4th generation 8gb (The newest) is at like $189.00. If you want to buy it new.

If you go on eBay you can buy used and refurbished you might. Chances are the lowest price you will get is around 80 bucks.
