How do you make an upside question mark on a laptop?

1. OK find the "FN" key on your laptop keyboard".
2. hold down the "FN" key and find the "num lk" key and press it now a blue or colored light should be above it.
3. now there are little symbols in letters on these keys;m,j,k,l,u,i,o,p,7,8,9,0,F1,>,?, and :
4. now to get the upside down question mark press the keys j,o,and 8 and now you should have an upside down question mark.
5. another way is to go to the start bar and then go to accessories then system tools them character map copy the upside down question mark an walla you have it.
