What are those orange-green beetles with the shiny back that are constantly in the pool and how can you keep them away?

Those green beetles are called "Scarab Dung Beetles", and are considered a "beneficial" insect. I have thousands of them on my property and they're always getting in my pool. Don't know how you can get rid of them, but now that you know what they are it should help.
