Can guinea pigs eat lucerne hay?

The above foods are fine for treats and snacks but I think the best way to feed your guinea pig is buy a commercial rodent food that supplies essential vitamins and minerals. But I'm sure your guinea pig would love to have snacks so he doesn't get bored with his pellets.
