What is a dusk shark?

A dusk shark, also known as the duskys or Carcharhinus obscurus, is a species of requiem shark found in warm coastal waters around the world. They are typically recognized by their robust bodies, long pectoral fins, and distinctive coloration, which is usually gray to brown on top and lighter underneath. Dusk sharks are known to inhabit both shallow and deeper waters and are often seen near the ocean floor. They are primarily nocturnal hunters, feeding on a variety of fish and invertebrates.
