I want to bring my complained in your notice about your service center & problem in my bike . i purchase my new bike on 18 august 2010 from Auto need after ten days some engine noice come from engine i visit nearest service center at APEX AUTOMOBILE IN PATPERJANJ AT 30 august . after servicing i received my bike but problem not solved again complained to manager they says your bike is new after som days your problem will be solved . i says ok pls give my job card i want to mansion on it than they refuse to give the job card & says on deposit time you already signature on it in the morning..

now again visit on 14 November after same process .i call at 1 pm they says your bike is ok take the delivery of bike at 2 pm i pay the bill & go to workshop i look my bike not done till now work was under process at 4 pm i received my bike but my problem not solved & service center manager says no problem in your bike please launch your complained to HERO HONDA

LAST 3 days bike not working pls help me .. other wise i will go to consumer Cort details are...
