"The Witch" by Edilberto K. Tiempo is a story about a young lad who liked to visit his uncle in a nearby town. He had heard stories about a witch that lived near his uncle and was scared when he had to pass by her hut. Toward the end of the story he finds out the witch actually seemed to be a kind old woman, but the stories he'd heard over the years would not allow him to trust her when she tried to help him.
